Heavy Chef ‘Inspire’ Sessions

IN 2019, Heavy Chef launched the ‘Inspire’ Sessions, a series of evening events that are designed to showcase the heaviest of Heavy Chefs. We have invited the world’s top technologists, leaders and creatives to share their recipes of success with the Heavy Chef community These monthly events, held in Johannesburg and Cape Town, focus on the most salient topics and themes within business. We host the heaviest of chefs, luminaries such as Rapelang Rabana, Roxy Davis, Sizakele Maratlulle, Hanli Prinsloo, Mo Flava, DJ Fresh, Musa Kalenga, Dion Chang, Barry Swartzberg, Robbie Brozin, Lwando Xaso, Richard Poplak, President Thabo Mbeki and Adrian Gore.

Heavy Chef is the most intellectually stimulating, funnest and most influential digital entrepreneurial technical barnstormical event in town. 

Events: We get around 150 people per event in Johannesburg, Cape Town and other African cities (coming soon)
Social reach: During certain event days, our impressions spike to around 500k (over 2m on some occasions) on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
Audience: Our events are regularly attended by influencers, celebrities and business superstars.

Livestreams

We have been running Livestreams since the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020. Depending on the topic, livestreams can run into the thousands of viewers. We are one of the only education providers that still charge a fee for our events.
